HENTEK CAT Catalyst & Catalytic Converter Solutions, from blogs to the latest engineering projects. Decades of catalyst expertise: Thousands of successful installations globally.
Industrial flue gas contains two of the most strictly regulated pollutants:
The Three-Way Catalyst (TWC) is the cornerstone of gasoline emission control – a single device .
Emissions regulations are tightening globally – Euro 7, EPA 2027, China 7.
Industrial emissions control systems – catalytic converters, SCR systems.
We serve automotive, non-road machinery, marine power, industrial facilities, and performance vehicle markets worldwide. With deep expertise in catalyst chemistry, substrate engineering, washcoat formulation, and aftertreatment system integration, we deliver products that meet Euro 7, EPA 2027, China 7, IMO Tier III, EU Stage V, and other global emissions standards.
Any application, any point in the design. Our
Exhaust System Integration Solutions company is here to support.
Exhaust Aftertreatment System Integration is the engineering process of combining multiple aftertreatment components—such as catalytic converters, diesel particulate filters (DPFs), selective catalytic reduction (SCR) units, mufflers, and sensors—into a single, optimized system. The integrated system manages exhaust gas flow and temperature across various stages to achieve specific chemical reactions. As an OEM integration expert, we don’t just supply parts; we engineer the entire exhaust flow path to ensure seamless compatibility, optimal thermal performance, and maximum emissions reduction
As an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) supplier, we manufacture components and systems to the exact specifications required by vehicle or engine manufacturers. Our OEM products are designed for a guaranteed perfect fit and are based on the original OEM design. Aftermarket suppliers, in contrast, produce replacement parts that may be universal or “direct-fit” but are not necessarily built to the vehicle manufacturer’s original engineering standard
Our core expertise lies in the complete engineering, design, and manufacturing of integrated exhaust and emissions control systems. We are a full-service supplier with end-to-end capabilities—from design and prototyping to manufacturing, testing, and delivery. Our vertically integrated operations allow us to optimize every step of the value chain, delivering efficient, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.
We manufacture a comprehensive portfolio of exhaust and aftertreatment solutions for gasoline, diesel, and hybrid applications. Our product lines include fully integrated emission control systems such as Three-Way Catalysts (TWC), Diesel Oxidation Catalysts (DOC), Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF), Gasoline Particulate Filters (GPF), Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems, Ammonia Slip Catalysts (ASC), exhaust manifolds, resonators, mufflers, and tailpipes
Our systems employ advanced catalytic and filtration technologies. For gasoline engines, we use Three-Way Catalysts (TWC) with Pd/Rh washcoat and ceria-zirconia oxygen storage. For diesel engines, our systems integrate DOC (for CO/HC oxidation), DPF (for particulate filtration), SCR (for NOx reduction using DEF), and ASC (for NH₃ slip control). We also offer catalysed GPF (cGPF) for gasoline direct injection (GDI) vehicles and electrically heated catalysts (eHC) for hybrid applications.
Durability is engineered into every product. Our components undergo rigorous validation, including engine dynamometer testing, thermal cycling (1,000+ cycles), vibration testing (10-20g), and salt spray corrosion testing (1,000+ hours). We use high-grade materials such as aluminized or stainless steel. Additionally, our systems are designed with features like no internal welds in the silencer to prevent corrosion and leakage.
Heat management is a critical aspect of our system integration. Our solutions include specific insulation for optimal under-hood thermal management, close-coupled aftertreatment units that benefit from higher exhaust gas temperatures for more effective emissions conversion, and optimized heat management strategies such as exhaust gas bypass to help the aftertreatment reach operating temperatures faster.
Yes. Hybrid vehicles present a unique challenge because the engine operates intermittently, allowing the catalyst to cool below its light-off temperature. Our solutions include electrically heated catalysts (eHC) that reach 300°C in under 10 seconds, advanced thermal insulation to retain heat during electric-only driving, and predictive controls that pre-heat the catalyst before the engine restarts.
We provide robust aftertreatment systems for non-road machinery (construction, agriculture, mining, forestry) and industrial applications (power generation, waste incineration, cement, steel). Our solutions include high-dust SCR with plate catalysts (for high particulate flue gas), low-temperature SCR (for post-FGD applications), catalytic baghouse filters (for simultaneous PM and NOx removal), and vanadia-based SCR (for sulfur-tolerant marine and industrial applications).

Absolutely. As a full-service OEM supplier, we work closely with our customers to fully characterize their application—engine type, duty cycle, fuel quality, operating environment, and regulatory targets. Our engineering team then designs, prototypes, and manufactures a tailored exhaust system to meet your specific performance, durability, and emissions requirement.
Our agile development cycles allow us to provide proactive and fast responses when required. While timelines vary depending on project complexity, we are structured to deliver rapid prototyping and accelerated validation, ensuring we meet your program milestones without compromising quality.
Our manufacturing facilities operate under rigorous quality management systems, including ISO/TS 16949 accreditation for the automotive industry. We also comply with ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and IATF 16949 (Automotive Quality Systems). Our products are individually type-approved for emissions compliance.
We maintain strategically located production sites to ensure timely delivery and responsive support for customers worldwide. Our vertically integrated operations—from design and prototyping to final assembly—give us full control over the supply chain. We also invest in advanced automation and full traceability to ensure consistent quality and real-time transparenc
Yes. We provide comprehensive technical support, including installation drawings, free installation technical guidance, and on-site field support for installation supervision, commissioning, troubleshooting, and operator training. Our goal is to be a true engineering partner, not just a component supplier.
